JJ Redick and Milwaukee coach Jim Boylan apparently aren't speaking, which is pretty dumb on the part of Boylan and the Bucks: Redick is an unrestricted free agent who came to Milwaukee in a trade with Orlando. The Magic sent Redick, along with center Gustavo Ayon and reserve point guard Ish Smith went to the to the Bucks for Doron Lamb, Beno Udrih, and Tobias Harris.
That's a pretty pointless trade if you don't retain Redick.
A small point of interest: Boylan was a guard for Marquette in 1977 when the (then) Warriors knocked off UNC to win the national championship.
