Well this is a pretty considerable bit of news: as first reported by Dave Glenn, the members of the ACC have agreed to a TV Grant of Rights Deal extending through the 2026-27 season. What this means is that even if a school decides to move to another conference, that school will turn over TV revenues to the ACC for a certain period of time. It's a highly effective way to discourage conference-jumping.
That the schools have agreed to this shows a definite commitment to the conference and makes leaving much more unlikely. It's a big day for the ACC.
