A very tough break for Duke QB Brandon Connette as his mother has been rushed to surgery for a brain tumor. He's taken a leave to will be with her and his family. There is no timetable for his return.
It's never easy going through something like this, much less when it's a parent. We send our best wishes to Brandon and his family and like all Duke fans, hope for the best possible outcome.
