For whatever reason, soon-to-be ACC coach Rick Pitino has always lived with a certain amount of ridiculousness in his life. It may have to do with a certain amount of pompousness, (or perhaps smarminess is a better word) in his public life, although this seems to have eased up lately.

Still, he probably wasn't anticipating what happened to him when two guys from a Boston radio show called him for an interview:
Fred: We are joined by Rick Pitino, former coach of the Celtics, current coach of the Louisville Cardinals who won the national championship. Rick Pitino, hello!
Pitino: Morning, guys.
Fred: You stink. You ruined the Celtics.
