You don't see this everyday: a prosecutor who dealt with the Dez Wells situation at Xavier - it went before a grand jury but he declined to press charges - says the kid was seriously mistreated by Xavier and called his expulsion "fundamentally unfair" and "seriously flawed." He also said that it "should never have gotten to the point where someoneâs reputation is ruined."
A bit late for his Xavier career, but it may carry some weight as he plans his transfer. Maryland is, apparently, being strongly considered.
