You kind of get the feeling, don't you, that the members of the Olympic team realize they were part of something special that they're not ready to let go of?
For his part, Carmelo Anthony wants to keep it going with the Knicks:
"Iâm excited to get this thing going. Especially coming off this run we just had with the USA team and all the fun we had. To be able to put that team together and still be able to accomplish something. I want to bring that mentality back here to the Knicks."
We'll see how he does, but it's pretty clear that, far from being difficult to coach, Anthony enjoyed being coached this summer quite a bit.
