The Duke curse is visiting Storrs: after the NCAA cracked down on UConn's academics and banned them from next year's tournament, a number of players have opted to leave. One-time Duke target Roscoe Smith is the latest, and while Michael Bradley may have changed his mind, he's not locked in either way.
Add in Alex Oriakhi, Andre Drummond and Jeremy Lamb and UConn is down to seven returning players, one freshman and an immediately eligible transfer.
Of those, Shabazz Napier and Ryan Boatwright averaged 13 and 10.4 ppg respectively; no on else managed more than 4.2 ppg.
No matter what happens, it's a mighty fall for UConn.
