Tony Bennett seems to have his hands in a lot of transfer pies: he took a long look at TJ McConnell, the former Duquesne point guard earlier who chose Arizona.
Now Virginia is apparently seriously interested in former Gamecocks Anthony Gill and Damontre Harris, and also Wisconsin defector Jarrod Uthoff, best known for being the indirect cause of Wisconsin's Bo Ryan's making an ass of himself.
As the bad PR forced his hand, Ryan said Thursday that since Uthoff didn't want to talk to him personally about his transfer, he was essentially forcing him to conduct an exit interview by requiring him to appeal his transfer restrictions, which would have forced him to talk to a university official.
