Four Bids Set

If you buy something from an SB Nation link, Vox Media may earn a commission. See our ethics statement.

So far four bids are sewn up: Belmont, Murray State, UNC-Asheville and Creighton, as the Blue Jays survived the Red Birds in overtime, beating Illinois State83-79.

Iona, a popular pick for an at-large spot, lost to Fairfield, 85-75.

Don't look now, but VCU is in the CAA Finals, and has only to defeat Drexel to be assured of a bid.

Well what about Harvard? The Ivy League has no tourney as you probably know. Harvard and Penn each have two losses and Penn plays Princeton on Monday night. If Princeton wins, Harvard is in.

We're not sure how they do things, but presumably, since they split in the regular season, they'll have a one-game playoff should Penn win.

Our guess is that Harvard is in regardless, but being sure is always better.
