Gregory Finds A Point Guard

Brian Gregory had a tough year but continues to recruit well. Latest addition: point guard Corey Heyward has tossed in with the Yellow Jackets.

Heyward, son of the late Craig "Ironhead" Heyward of NFL fame, is 6-0 and after not being happy with his offers as a senior, took off for Hargrave.

He's not highly regarded but that doesn't always matter. On the one hand, he could be underrated, and even if he's not, he could be a perfect fit for a particular team.

He joins big men Robert Carter, forward Marcus Hunt and guard Chris Bolden, along with Kentucky transfer Stacey Poole.

That's a pretty damn good group. Things should start to change quickly in Atlanta.
