Our pal Brett Friedlander has an article up on Mason Plumlee and what we might see from him this season - and what his critics are saying as well. Plumlee's talent is unquestioned - he's highly mobile, he can really run, he can at times be dominant offensively and defensively. He's also an underappreciated passer.

If there were one thing - okay, two - things we wish were different in his game, it would be how he squares up for a shot and how he releases the ball (and he may have addressed that over the summer).
As Friedlander points out here, with Quinn Cook up to speed, he should get the ball in scoring position more often.
Bill Cole has another article about what Duke learned from the Lehigh debacle.
