For those who thought Austin Rivers was making a mistake by leaving after one year, some tentative validation as the rookie has struggled to make his mark with the Hornets. His coach, Monty Williams, has some high praise for Rivers' willingness to work hard but says basically, 20-year-olds are not ready for the NBA.
