Eamonn Brennan has a follow-up on Duke's use of iPads and Sportsboard Basketball Scout. One of the things that's really interesting to us about this is that Duke, under Coach K, could easily just go old school, sort of the way you might expect John Chaney to have done, or perhaps Bob Knight.

We don't know for sure, but we don't really expect Coach K is a sophisticated user of technology, but he seems to recognize when things have changed. A few years ago, he left texting to his assistants; this summer, during the Olympics, one recruit said that K texted him often.
Between the two items mentioned above and another innovation, a sort of glasses which use a strobe to slow things down and improve reaction time, Duke is plunging rapidly into some fascinating stuff.
