Bad news for the 'Hoos as point guard Jontel Evans had foot surgery for a stress fracture and will be out for six weeks or so. The bright side: his freshmen backups will get some early experience. And Evans doesn't seem to fussed about it: he tweeted that âWahoo Nation donât worry Iâll be back before you know it!!! Minor set back for a major comeback.â
