Jimbo Fisher has his guys off to a 7-1 start and has had some big offensive games this year, but most of them were against fairly weak teams: Murray State, Savannah State, Wake Forest, B.C.
They did put 49 up on Clemson, but State held them to 16 and Miami, just 4-4, played them within two touchdowns.
He's got FSU headed in the right direction, but they're not in Bowden land yet.
Does Duke have a shot? Only if they truly think they do. If they go in scared or frightened, they'll lose before it starts.
On the other hand, if they go in with confidence, they'll have a shot.
