We're always pleased to hear any news about Shane Battier, and doubly so to hear more about his foundation: Battier was in Raleigh Monday night for a fundraiser at Angus Barn for his Take Charge Foundation. He's a hands-on kind of guy, so it's no surprise to see him rolling up his sleeves and jumping in.
