Kyrie Irving has added a bit of bulk - a tweak, really - so that he can post up guards in the NBA this season. We're sure he can - the guy can do just about anything he wants on a court - but seems like a mismatch with his opportunities.

On another Kyrie note, the former Duke star has had a hand in whipping Tyler Thornton and most especially Josh Hairston into prime physical condition.

“This is the first time in three years that I’m actually in shape. That’s one thing that’s really been my Achilles’ heel—there was no way for me to get in shape,” Hairston told the Duke Chronicle. “I would never be in shape and honestly Coach couldn’t put me on the floor because I could only run up and down the floor a couple times here and there and I’d be tired. This is the first time I feel like I’m actually in game shape.”

That's all great news, but what does he mean there was no way?
