Duke got a remarkable gift this week when Steven and Rebecca Scott committed $10 million to the athletic program. The money will "support a new three-story, 35,000 sq.-ft. building that will house ticket offices, department offices, a team store, training rooms and a larger weight room for Olympic sports. It will be built next to the Murray Building and is expected to accommodate Dukeâs more than 600 athletes," according to the Chronicle.
