The animosity between Rick Pitino and John Calipari is well known, as is the relative status accorded to Kentucky and Louisville, but even so, it must have been sobering for Pitino to lose Derek Willis to Kentucky: Willis comes from a family of hard-core Louisville fans. If you can't win that sort of in-state recruiting battle, what hope do you have?
