Tough break for Duke lacrosse as Maryland knocked off the Devils in the lacrosse Final Four, 9-4. They'll play Virginia for the national title.
The women lost to Maryland on Friday, 14-8.
By the way, we obviously don't follow lacrosse as closely as we do basketball, and hadn't looked at the lax roster lately. So we were surprised to see Jake Tripucka. The name was immediately familiar since his dad played for Notre Dame when Duke went to the Final Four (in basketball) in 1978.
