Here's a look at UNC's incoming class. It's a really good class though perhaps a bit top heavy. James McAdoo is superb, P.J. Hairston is a deadly shooter, and Desmond Hubert has great promise and is very athletic.
After that, Stillman White is a solid point guard who will play for a year to back up Kendall Marshall, then leave for a two-year Mormon mission. And while Jackson Simmons certainly isn't awful, he was recruited originally as a preferred walk-on.
Assuming McAdoo leaves early then, the rest of the class is not quite so imposing, though of course people do develop.
