One of the things that has to change at State is recruiting.  Sounds like Mark Gottfried is addressing that, and just in time. The state's population has grown tremendously, and not surprisingly, so has the talent. The class of 2013 is going to be special. Gottfried is talking vaguely about "building a wall around the state." Easier said than done, but give him points for ambition.
