Looks like Mark Turgeon won the press conference, if Tracee Hamilton is any judge. She raves about him and concludes this article by thusly:
"Itâll take time. The loss of Jordan Williams is not a death blow, but it likely will make next season a long one in College Park. But any doubts among Maryland fans should be put to rest. Youâre lucky to have Mark Turgeon."
Other developments:Â Keith Booth will apparently not be retained.
Martin Breunig has asked to be released and Sterling Gibbs might have (it's confusing still).   They also won't be getting big man transfer Wally Judge, which leaves them seriously challenged size-wise.
Also, apparently Sean Miller and Kevin Anderson really, really didn't hit it off.
