As it turned out, State's C.J. Leslie wised up and didn't enter the draft. Dan Weiderer says that given the wildly immature game he showed as a freshman, it was a smart decision. We couldn't agree more. Leslie is a monster talent, but there are hundreds of guys around who can do what he can do. The NBA is less about the fat checks than the very high standard of professionalism required. Leslie is nowhere near ready for that.
