No great surprise here, but Florida State's Chris Singleton has opted for the draft. He's not likely to change his mind, either: "Unless I hear something out of the ordinary that comes from the [NBA] offices, I'm going to go for it."
But good news may loom down south as the son also rises in the North:Â former Seminole Mitchell Wiggins' son, Andrew, is a Canadian high school legend in the making and may well end up at FSU where both his parents went.
His mother, by the way, is Marita Payne, a former Olympic sprinter for Canada.
