Thirty years ago Monday, Duke was playing UNC in Cameron -- Coach K's first time by the way. With the game tied and just a second left, Duke called timeout. According to Kenny Dennard, K called for a play for Chip Engelland. Dennard and Banks both understood that this wasn't going to happen. Dennard inbounded to Banks, who hit an incredible shot over UNC's Sam Perkins to put the game into an improbable overtime.
