Is Seth Greenberg safe at Virginia Tech? It would be hard to see the school dump him.  Like this article says, he seems like a natural fit.  But that said, this isn't exactly the heights of modesty, is it:

“I don’t think a lot of schools would pull the trigger on a two-time ACC coach of the year. A coach who took a team that was the worst program in the Big East and averaged 4,000 people per game and went to the ACC and became one of the winningest programs in the ACC and sells out every game. A coach that brought a four-hour infomercial to the campus in ‘College Gameday.’

“They don’t do that because I’m a good salesman. They do that because there’s respect in our program. Our people got it with Frank Beamer, and again I think our people understand that we’re graduating our guys, we’re winning games, we’re playing big games, and there’s certain things out of your control.”

In Raleigh, State had its first legitimate competition under Mark Gottfried, and while there is work to be done, the team seems optimistic and excited.  That's a really valuable thing.

Clemson had an exhibition of their own over the weekend which seemed to go fairly well although it was against a lesser team: they held Queens to 34.9% from the floor.

With the NBA on hold, like everyone else, Greivis Vasquez has to find stuff to do.  So he's helping out at St. Frances.
