It's going to be big news until it happens, and for a time after that: Coach K's imminent place at the top of the college basketball coaching order.
Within a very few games, Mike Krzyzewski will win his 903rd college game, moving past his mentor, Bob Knight.
While we're sure he understands that it's a remarkable accomplishment, like most coaches, he prefers to put the focus on his team.
And in his case, after the season, focus will quickly shift to the Olympics. Always a half-full kind of guy, expect something along these lines if the lockout continues:
"It's really to our advantage because the players will not come in beat up after a long NBA season, and this will be their chance to hang a bit of greatness on a missed season."
