As Duke continues to evolve without Kyrie Irving, various players are stepping up. In the Monday ACC teleconference Coach K singled out Ryan Kelly and the Plumlee brothers for special praise.
As the N&O's Ken Tysiac points out, Kelly is averaging 15.5 points per game over the last two games and has made 13 straight shots, Mason Plumlee has pulled in 50 rebounds in his last four games, and the play of Miles Plumlee is greatly improved.
