Periodically, prominent sports people pass through Duke University Medical Center. Currently there: former St. Louis coach Charlie Spoonhour, who unfortunately is waiting for a lung transplant.
He always struck us as a good guy, and we wish him the best of luck. If you happen to run into him, feed him some news about the Cardinals. That will be great therapy.
