Meanwhile, back in court, the prosecution rested Tuesday. Karen Sypher's attorney takes over on Wednesday, and she may take the stand.

So far though, the trial has been disastrous for his client. It's going to be interesting to see what the strategy is from here, and how they attack, because that's what he does. He attacks.
