Our criticism of ACC basketball has centered around the coaching, which we think has been, in general, not up to standards once you get past 15-501 (and recently just on one end of that).
Can't say that about football any more. Every team in the Coastal division has a very good coach -- you'll see soon how good Mike London is at UVa -- and in the Atlantic, at least half the teams have very solid coaching, with the jury out on State, B.C. and Clemson where Dabo Swinney is still new.
These guys all know what they're doing, and it'll show soon on the field.
