Two bits of news from WRAL: first, Kyle Singler and Nolan Smith have both been named to the Select Team. And second, Duke and WDNC will remain partners and WDNC the Flagship station for the Duke network.
Speaking of WRAL, here's a question that's been bugging us: why is it that a 12-year-old can write a functional app in his basement but, with all their resources, WRAL can't make something that doesn't crash three times for every time it actually manages to launch? The news is very useful on their I app, but it is more prone to crash than the Argentinian stock market. If WTVD had a useful product, we'd switch, as bad as WTVD tends to be. Anything would be better than the hunk of junk WRAL has out currently. Ugh.
