The Quad Cities have two cities in Iowa: Bettendorf and Davenport; and two cities in Illinois: Moline and Rock Island. Your lead-in to the Chasson Randle story incorrectly implies that Duke is going to Iowa to recruit him. Instead Duke is returning to the state where they recruited Scheyer, Dockery, Collins, and perhaps others.
