Through hard work, J.J. Redick has become a solid NBA player. Latest guy to confirm this: Larry Brown, who says that "[h]e’s gotten better every year and he’s perfect for this team. With a low-post player like Dwight (Howard) he can really stretch the defense. And he’s an underrated defender and he puts the ball on the floor well. He seems to be productive with all of the minutes that he gets."
