When you do a site like this for a long time, you get some things right and you get some things wrong and you naturally take more pride in what you get right. So we're a little proud that we've been making the argument for Brian Zoubek even while a lot of people called him a wasted scholarship.
We never saw that. We saw a guy who was never going to be fast, true, or jump high, but also a guy with nice hands, who could pass and who had instincts.
Not to mention the fact that he works his ass off.
Anyway, it's nice to see other people catch up. Zoubek is aware of his limitations, but also of his strengths.
