The president of the Virginia Tech student body is asking his fellow students
why the atmosphere for basketball isn't as passionate as it is for football. There's a pretty simple answer: they're not as good at basketball as they are at football. He even says this, about a basketball game: "Simply put, this is our fourth quarter countdown and we can win - all we have to do is beat the buzzer."
