Bad Moon Rising At USC

The NCAA investigation into USC's recruitment of O.J. Mayo took a rather significant turn Tuesday as a figure in the case, sportswriter Louis Johnson, alleged USC coach Tim Floyd paid a middle man to help land O.J. Mayo. Johnson says he saw Floyd give alleged runner Rodney Guillory $1,000.00 in an envelope. If the allegations stand up, Floyd is almost certainly finished at USC, and probably in college basketball for the near future.

Johnson claims that Guillory was given between $200,000 and $250,000 in cash and gifts.
