Greivis Vasquez says he doesn't mind being the lightning rod; in fact, he enjoys it.

The ACC has come a long way: when Bob Wade was hired at Maryland, he was the first black coach in the ACC in 1987, about 20 years after integration. Now the league has six African-American coaches.

No great surprise here, but UNC is running 6-10 Jon Henson at small forward.

At a certain point this summer, things looked a bit depressing for Clemson fans. But a great recruiting class and a remade roster changed things. A lot actually. There's a lot of optimism in Tiger town about now.
