Congrats to Mike Brey, whose contract was extended by Notre Dame through the 2014-15 season. The former Duke assistant has done a nice job at Notre Dame, and we expect he'll continue to build on what he's accomplished thus far, thus refuting the columnist - was it Skip Bayless? - who said he was a "vanilla" hire who would ensure continued mediocrity in South Bend. Ha.
