Durham native Desmond Scott has changed his mind about Rutgers and will attend Duke instead. A highly recruited running back, Scott could have gone just about anywhere. With some of the quarterbacks that Coach David Cutcliffe will have to work with, and an ace running back, things are looking up for Duke football.
