Tom Crean, who along with Dan Dakich, who was the interim coach at IU after Kelvin Sampson was removed, thoroughly gutted the program with now only three scholarship players returning. At some places, this might not have gone over so well. At Indiana, the general feeling seems to be a sense of relief.
