Get Ready For This

If you want to know the most likely controversy about the upcoming Olympic selections, it's going to be about whether to include Chris Paul or not.

Paul has had a superb year for the Hornets and he kicked Jason Kidd's ass as badly as Kidd kicked Duke's all those years ago. He's a great player.

But by basketball standards, he's a little guy, and the Olympic brain trust has learned at thing or two about small guards already, with the main lesson being that the other teams can use bigger guards as battering rams if you let them.

Still, Paul has become a phenomenal player, and if you leave him home because he's small, and then lose, you'd never hear the end of it.
