Improvements at Wallace Wade will have to wait: Duke and Durham are arguing over a sidewalk and some trees on Frank Bassett Drive. Duke wants to keep the trees, Durham insists on a sidewalk. Duke is trying to finesse the case by including it in an overall campus pedestrian plan, but that pushes renovations back to next year.
