Grace Wang In The Washington Post

Grace Wang's experience after the dualing protests at Duke included her family being forced into hiding. It's best to let people speak for themselves, so here are her comments from the Washington Post. Perhaps the most relevant part of this is that this line: "I had never really met or talked to a Tibetan before, even though we're from the same country."

For all the fury many Chinese have directed at her, she apparently agrees with them on the status of Tibet as Chinese territory.

Wang is more willing than most to see that there are many voices to be heard in this argument. Perhaps soon there will be more.

Incidentally, she quite bravely put her e-mail out there, perhaps figuring that what harm could it do now.  If you're interested, you can drop her a line.
