Could it possibly get any worse for Virginia than Thursday's loss to Clemson. What's to like? Bad enough to lose by 31, but it sounds like they just gave up. Sean Singletary is working his teammates individually and collectively, but he sounds almost resigned, and his teammates sound worse. They even got booed by their own fans.

Virginia has now lost eight of nine, and five in a row. Even the headline word choices hurt: Punchless...Rock Bottom... Blow...Dazed and Dismayed....reeling. Sounds like a consensus.
On the other hand, Clemson deserved the win and played very well. They get UNC at UNC this weekend, which is going to be interesting.
Tough break for FSU as Isaiah Swann has been diagnosed with a torn ACL. That'll end his ACC career.
