Mike DeCourcy argues that Lute Olson had no choice but to shake things up at Arizona, and that the best way to do that was to let long-time assistant Jim Rosborough go and bring back Kevin O' Neill, who, he suggests, would be useful as someone to scare the more selfish players back to reality. However, no one has been hired and only one person has applied thus far, which certainly would suggest that most would-be candidates know who's legit.
Kevin O' Neill is no day at the beach, to be sure. He's a screamer and has, we think, a tendency to bully. He's also cynical. Take how Arizona closed on Sean Rook in his first tour of duty in Tucson.
