In Mike Nifong's ethics case, the state bar has given itself until April 15 to identify its expert witnesses; Nifong gets until May 1. The hearing itself is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on June 12 and will continue "until completed."Michael J. Gaynor, who regularly writes about the legal issues in the case, makes several references to our recent article on Nifong and points out some errors and also sort of shows us where to go to get better information next time, which is nice since we alway get lost in the library. We appreciate both efforts.
