If nothing else, and there's plenty else, you have to give Kay Yow credit for being indomitable. The woman is 65 years old and in her third bout with cancer, and she's back in chemotherapy, but pretty clearly, she she's not going down without a fight. It's impossible not to admire her spirit and her desire to live. She's pretty much living the Valvano Exhortation: never give up. Don't ever give up.
