Apparently, unbeknownst to Ted Roof, someone at Duke gave Rutgers a tape of the Maryland-Wake game, which is in violation of ACC policy.
The ACC's Mike Finn said it was a mistake and no big deal. However, don't expect that to wash in College Park.
